• All clothing items  purchased from Cotke.com can be returned or exchanged if there are any size issues or damages within 7 days from the date of delivery.
• Please do not accept any order if the seal is broken/unsealed at the time of delivery.
• In case of a return or exchange, The tags should be intact and a photo of the tags intact should be sent to our customer care team before the return has been initiated.
• We have a return pick up facility by our courier partner but in case you’re in a non serviceable pin code the item will have to be couriered by the customer.
• Please make sure that the returned items are packed securely and safely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. • Once your return is received by us, the quality will be checked. This is subject to your return having met the requirements of being unused and returned with original packaging and tags in place and returned within 7 days after initiating the return.
• A notification with the status of return will be sent to you within 48-72 working hours from the date of receiving the item.
• In case of a return and refund, your bank account will be credited in 15 working days after return quality check confirmation.
• All items on sale cannot be returned or exchanged.
• Important: We will not be accepting a return or exchange of any item without the tags intact.
• A fixed shipping charge of Rs. 60 shall be levied if the customer refuses to accept the original order with products eligible for replacement/exchange only or if the customer refuses to accept the replacement/exchange product, once the same has been shipped to the customer.
• Products on which no return is written will not be returned
